I am writing to say how extraordinary Carol Sue was in helping me with my initial question, and then walking me through my membership renewal, explaining the options, and further directing me to the new APHA Connect program.

I believe Carol Sue went above and beyond to help me understand both my membership options and more about APHA and how I can benefit from membership.

In this day and age when most people seem to do ONLY what is required, I very much appreciate her efforts.

Pleasurable experiences

Just wanted to let you all know what a pleasure it has been in dealing with people at ULI. I just registered two of our employees for a luncheon and spoke with Carol ... what a nice lady!

I find that people are often too eager to complain, but do not compliment good experiences. Kudos to your Customer Service department. Keep up the amazing job you are doing of keeping us out here happy.
